All advertisements are due with payment by the 10th of the month prior to the next issue (i.e., by January 10 for the February issue). If the 10th falls on a weekday or holiday, the deadline is 12 noon the following workday. No ads will be taken over the phone or after the deadline. Your payment holds your space in the requested issue, not receipt of your electronic ad copy.
Other articles or items for publication should be dropped off or sent to the Foundation office by the 10th of each month.
To place an ad by mail, send the ad, request form, and appropriate payment to:

Franklin Farm Foundation reserves the right to edit or reject any material submitted for publication.
DISPLAY ADS (Request Form)
The correct size is important in laying out The Almanac, please follow the stated sizes.
Display ads must be submitted in digital* format, include a completed ad request form, and be accompanied by a check made payable to “Franklin Farm Foundation.” Your payment -- not your ad copy -- holds your space in our publication.
All ads must be ready for publication -- the Foundation does not redesign ads.
The Foundation will not be responsible for the cost of producing a new advertisement if lost or misplaced.
